Facility & Real Estate Management

The Institute for Facility & Real Estate Management Research (FMI Institute) holistically deals with real estate management and facility-related questions. Based on our internally varied technical expertise, we are also able to observe real estate holistically in the field of tension of industry, technology and society. It is our goal to analyze practical problem areas and develop new innovative solutions.

The institute's team has been recognized nationally and internationally in the specialist sectors as a pioneer with respect to future-oriented real estate management on account of its continued publications and conference contributions and not lastly due to its own regularly held specialist conferences. The strong integration of research and teaching enriches students and allows them to contribute to research projects.
