The current corona crisis is making companies worldwide deal with new challenges. Prof. (FH) Dr. Roman Stöger from the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol shows which methods may be helpful and useful in times of crisis like this.
We currently live in turbulent times, many things are in a state of fluctuation, and it is not foreseeable yet exactly how the corona crisis will affect us. However, we can always have one hundred percent influence over one thing: our inner, positive attitude and a consistent focus on opportunities.
“Right now, it is important to develop a plan for the future and not to just diagnose a difficult situation,” said Roman Stöger, Professor for Strategic Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol. In the most recent “improve” practical letter, he introduces a method to develop this kind of an opportunity program. This method is also now being used by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
