• Understand the systematics of real estate valuation
• Describe and apply national assessment procedures

• Fundamentals of property valuation
• Procedure and influencing factors of standardized valuation methods (comparative value method, material value method, capitalized earnings value method, DCF meth-od, residual value method)
• Introduction to valuation of rights and encumbrances
