Learning outcomes of course unit
Students acquire knowledge of social interaction in teamwork to achieve group goals. At the same time, this course serves to establish a team spirit in the respective year in order to support group-oriented learning processes.
The graduates can
- name basic concepts of communicative processes,
- consciously use content and relationship aspects of human communication,
- moderate communicative processes within the team and
- recognize and analyze problems in team communication and to develop and apply solution strategies.
