TEDxFH Kufstein Tirol
On June 25, 2016, the first TEDxFHKufstein conference was held at Fachhochschule Kufstein Tirol. The independent and local event series of TED is spreading brilliant ideas at regional events for years. TEDx events are independently organized by volunteers who want to draw attention to exceptional thinkers and their amazing ideas.
TEDxFH Kufstein 2020 postponed until 2021
The TEDx innovation and ideas conference will be held for the fifth time at the FH Kufstein Tirol. The event, organized by students, offers several live and video talks on the topic of "Taking Chances". With the selection of the speakers, the students want to show that there are chances in the area of technology as well as in the social field and in personal development of the individual. The conference will illustrate what it takes to recognize these opportunities and what possible outcomes can lead to seizing them.
The event will take place during the TED COUNTDOWN at the same time as numerous other TED events worldwide under the motto "We can change climate change". TEDxFH Kufstein will be held as a "Green Event" with focus on sustainability and regionality of products and food.

The fourth TEDxFH Kufstein Conference took place on June 22nd, 2019, titled by "PASSION – it can get you anywhere!"
Passion can be seen as the fuel that allows the human engine to go a little faster and smoother than it usually would. It can also get you much further in life. Not only does passion give us direction, but it also gives us a sense of purpose. And purpose seems to be one of the things people are always looking for. Passion makes things exciting. Passion is the differentiating factor. Passion is what keeps us going until we reach our goals.
