  • to plan and coordinate prevention, planned and corrective maintenance of buildings and building technics
  • to reflect critical service extensiveness and needs, generate decisions and implement them in the area of facility services
  • to show potentials and advise companies in the area of energy, environmental and sustainable management
  • to operate and control activities in the area of real estate development and building project organisation including market analysis and location study as well as economics calculation
  • to generate real estate valuations in the classical type of use (housing & office buildings)
  • to prepare and operate real estate brokering, real estate recovering and real estate tenancy for single objects
