- to generate and implement solutions for long-term real estate management and building operation including contract management and performance tests in consideration of cost effectiveness, functionality, security and the different needs of the users
- to plan and coordinate prevention, planned and corrective maintenance of buildings and building technics
- to reflect critical service extensiveness and needs, generate decisions and implement them in the area of facility services
- to show potentials and advise companies in the area of energy, environmental and sustainable management
- to operate and control activities in the area of real estate development and building project organisation including market analysis and location study as well as economics calculation
- to generate real estate valuations in the classical type of use (housing & office buildings)
- to prepare and operate real estate brokering, real estate recovering and real estate tenancy for single objects
