to show potentials and advise companies in the area of energy, environmental and sustainable management
to operate and control activities in the area of real estate development and building project organisation including market analysis and location study as well as economics calculation
to generate real estate valuations in the classical type of use (housing & office buildings)
to prepare and operate real estate brokering, real estate recovering and real estate tenancy for single objects
