Sports, Culture & Events Management Winter School 2017

The first part of the project (Sports, Culture & Events Management, 2015) was a feasibility study and pre-development planning for the Winter School 2017, which will take place from the 22th to the 25th of March 2017 at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol.
The main goals of the pre-development planning were to create the vision of a winter school concept, to attract international students, to balance expenditures and revenues, and to involve students of the SCEM Master program (full time and part time). The schedule made for the winter school contains a good mixture of lectures, workshops, and activities regarding international trends in winter sports and leisure management, and also sports which can generate the maintenance costs from winter sport destinations during the rest of the year.
