Within their two-semester business project students of the FH Kufstein Tirol are supporting the Volunteer Team Tirol of the UCI 2018 Road World Championships.

The project consisted of two core tasks: the leading of a small to medium sized volunteer team in a defined working area as team leaders and secondly the concept development and implementation of the Volunteer Farewell Party. During the pre-event phase the students took part in the evaluation of the volunteers by conducting interviews, completing a team building and job training and led in cooperation with their supervisor the volunteer team training within their assigned working area. The completion and presentation of the Volunteer Farewell Party concept was also part of the pre-event phase.
