The team used the summer semester to find the location, attract sponsors and agree on the theme of “LOSS & FOUND”. The creative department decided to use the platform “Shortfilmdepot” as their main source of submitted movies. The team found creative ways to announce the event: a poster on the construction fence in front of the FH Kufstein Tirol was installed. Additionally, classical marketing tools were introduced such as social media posts, printed posters and stickers. The team also decided to provide an educational program in cooperation with schools from the surrounding area. Thus, schools and a media expert were contacted.
