New Beecar location at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol

The University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol takes a further step towards sustainability with its own Beecar location on campus. “In line with our sustainability strategy, we are investing in a sustainable future with this new Beecar location on our campus. This gives our students, faculty, and staff the opportunity for sustainable and energy-efficient travel right from our doorstep. Many of our employees have already used Beecars for business trips and are convinced Beecar users,” says Prof. (FH) Dr. Thomas Madritsch, CEO and Managing Director.

Getting around Kufstein in a Beecar

In the last two years, the Beecar fleet has grown to 14 EVs, and car-sharing vehicles are available throughout the city of Kufstein. “Especially in the city center, many companies use our services for their business trips, and the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol is one of our top business customers. Therefore, we are pleased that we can open a new location directly at the FH,” says Beecar project lead and graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol, Martin Tschurtschenthaler, MA. The location is open to the public and can be used by all Beecar customers. Together with the locations ‘Stadtwerke’ and ‘Arkadenplatz’, seven Beecars are now available in the center of Kufstein.
