Mark Romanelli, MBA, Lecturer for Strategic Management at the FH Kufstein Tirol, participated in the Winternational Week and delivered lectures on intercultural management and agile project management practices.

From February 13 to 17, 2023, the Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK) in Finland organized its annual Winternational Week. The institution invited 35 international instructors from twelve countries under the ERASMUS+ teaching mobility program to educate 70 students. One of the guest lecturers was Mark Romanelli, MBA, a lecturer for strategic management in the Sports, Culture, and Event Management program at FH Kufstein Tirol. During the week, he taught two courses: Intercultural Management in the Business School program and Agile Project Management Practices in the Engineering program.

The primary aim of the week-long event was to promote internationalization and strengthen the ties between the partner universities and KAMK. The event also provided an opportunity to network with colleagues from other institutions to deepen collaborations further.

KAMK: A vital partner for students from the FH Kufstein Tirol

Mark Romanelli shared his insights regarding the relationship between KAMK and FH Kufstein Tirol: "The Sports, Culture, and Event Management program has always had a strong bond with KAMK. As one of the international semester locations, it has consistently been a significant partner for our students. It was wonderful to have the chance to reinforce this relationship and to meet our colleagues from Kajaani personally."

The KAMK Winternational Week was a tremendous success, largely due to the contributions from the local students, the staff, and all the international instructors. The event presented a perfect platform for academic exchange and intercultural learning, which benefited both the students and the participating lecturers.
